Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen sweet corn, thawed
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons jalapeño, finely diced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Method
- In a large bowl, combine thawed corn and salt, mixing well to season the corn evenly.
- Add finely chopped red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, and lemon juice to the corn. Stir thoroughly to combine all ingredients.
- Allow the salsa to chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to enhance the flavors.
