Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 4 tablespoons [low sodium] soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice or lime juice
- 5 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
Method
- Mix all ingredients for the marinade together in a large bowl or plastic bag.
- Add the chicken and ensure that every piece is covered evenly.
- Marinate in fridge for at least 30 minutes to 2 hours, ideall overnight.
